Some want help and support as they modify their lifestyles following the diagnoses of high blood pressure or a chronic disease such as Diabetes Type II, Angina or Coronary Heart Disease. Some have been told by their GP to revise their lifestyle or face the possibility of these diseases in the future.

Some are wanting to feel more vital and alive again after years of low energy and feeling lethargic.

Some are seeking relief from the aches, pains and stiffness of advancing years, many of which can be alleviated by moderate exercise and stretches aimed at improving flexibility and mobility.

Whatever your particular motivation, I can help you identify achievable goals, create a tailor-made programme to achieve them, and support you every step of the way.

Diabetes Type II

I have worked with a number of clients with Diabetes Type II, one of whom has had his prescription of Metformin halved by his GP as of August of 2006 as a direct result of health improvements from our work together - his GP is very happy with his progress, he and I are thrilled!
As of April 2007, this client is no longer medicated on Metformin (to control blood suguar levels) or statins (used to reduce blood cholesterol levels). He no longer takes any medication for Diabetes. Although he no longer needs my services, we are always please to see each other for a social run on Thursday evenings.
